Qul Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. chaired by Col. Mohammed Jamal Bin Inche I M Salleh, assisted by the Managing Director Br. Mohd Shah Bin Rahmat. On 28 September 2021, QHSB was awarded by the Johor State Government as a Concession company for the project of upgrading & widening existing village roads including the construction of new village roads throughout the State of Johor.

The objective of this project is to ensure that all village roads under the Johor State Government are well maintained and able to benefit village roads for the convenience of residents. Qul Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. was awarded the Government Employment Certificate (SPKK-G7). QHSB is a concession company registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Contractors and Entrepreneurs Development Division (BPKU) as a Bumiputera company. Qul Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. has also been accredited ISO 9001: 2015.
